1. All Sales Are Final
At Melle Spa Center, all sales are final.

This includes both services and products.

Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Products: We offer exchanges on unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging.

  • A receipt is required for all exchanges.

  • No Service Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our LED Light Facial treatments, services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

3. No Refunds on Services
We do not offer refunds on any services provided.

If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please speak with our management team before leaving the spa.

All purchased services and products are non-transferable.
