• Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.

• Late Arrival: Late arrival for a treatment will result in a shortened treatment time.

• The treatment will conclude at the initially scheduled time.

• Support Animals: Customers with a support animal may enter the spa, but a valid certificate must be presented.

• Children Welcome: While we recommend a calm and solitary experience, we understand that sometimes it's not possible to get a babysitter.

• Kids are welcome, but please consider the nature of the spa experience.
